Elsie Station aims to support people of all ages with a range of disabilities and conditions in making positive changes to their lives.
Our head office is located at Elsie Station in Gippsland, and we currently service Gippsland and the greater Melbourne region.

To work in partnership with the community, business and government, to strive for excellence in meeting the holistic needs of our clients through the provision of high-quality supportive, recreational, cultural, sporting and welfare programs.
Our Values
Ethics
We believe in going above and beyond our industry's code of practice to put YOU first. An example of where we have embraced ethics is one where a participant had depleted their funding. Elsie Station continued to provide care and support for the participant, because the people we care for are always put first.

Our Capabilities
Our team has a wealth of experience supporting individuals with complex care requirements. Participants that fall into this category have more than one of the following challenges:
- an intellectual disability
- a history of alcohol and/or drug abuse
- subjected to family violence or sexual abuse
We sit on a range of care teams providing input into our clients' needs. We regularly work alongside Child Protection, Youth Justice, Victoria Police, Corrections, and mental health services to name but a few.
